👟 What should I wear or bring to my session?

We recommend bringing your favorite bathing suit or comfy athletic wear, depending on your session type.

What should I wear for the sauna and cold plunge?

For sauna and cold plunge sessions, a bathing suit is ideal. Be ready to get wet and sweat!

Does my outfit depend on my membership or session type?

Yes! Your attire may vary based on whether you have a single session, day pass, or membership and the services included.

Whatever you choose, come comfortable and prepared for an energizing and refreshing experience!

🚿 Are there showers available at The Wellness Lab?

Yes! We have a private shower located in our bath and spa room at the back of our facility. Both members and guests are welcome to use the shower before or after their session.

Do I need to reserve the shower in advance?

No reservations are needed—it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When can I use the shower?

Whether you want to freshen up before work, save time in your routine, or rinse off after your session, the shower is fully available for your convenience.

🤝 Can I bring a guest with me? How do I add someone to my reservation?

Yes! You are welcome to bring a guest when booking a private room.

How do I add a guest to my reservation?

  • If possible, please include your guest’s name in the notes section when making your reservation.

  • If you’re unable to add them in advance, no worries! We can manually add them to your reservation upon arrival.

⚖️ Unlimited Membership & Wellness Pack FAQ

How does my unlimited membership or purchased wellness pack work?

Once purchased, you’ll have access to the full booking schedule and all available slots that align with your membership or designated wellness pack.

How do I activate and manage my membership or wellness pack?

  • After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to set up your account.

  • You’ll need to sign up and log in to track your member or guest data and view upcoming sessions.

How do I book sessions using my membership or wellness pack?

You can schedule sessions by:

  • Logging into our scheduling portal on the website

  • Using your personal scheduling link

  • Clicking the link in your scheduling email notification

  • Applying your membership or wellness pack code at checkout

Can I book multiple sessions in advance?

Yes! Your membership or wellness pack allows you to schedule sessions in advance based on availability.

📅 Appointment Cancellation FAQ - What is your cancellation policy?
We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment, you must do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time to avoid penalties.

You can manage your appointment by:

  • Logging into your account on our website or via your scheduling email notification

  • Calling our front desk during business hours

  • Using our booking platform’s cancellation/rescheduling feature

If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance, you will no longer be able to manage your session booking via The Wellness Lab scheduling portal and an automatic late fee will apply. If you no-call/no-show the following penalties will also apply:

  • A session deduction for package holders.

  • A late cancellation fee of $10 will be charged to your account for unlimited members with access to private contrast rooms.

What if I have an emergency?

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible and submit your request to contact@thewellnessrecoverylab.com we will assess your case on an individual basis.

How far in advance can I book or cancel an appointment?

You can book appointments up to 365 days in advance and cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment time to avoid penalties.
