And here’s a pro tip: always finish with the cold plunge to lock in those awesome benefits! But remember—listen to your body and go with what feels right.

🚿 Are there showers available?
Absolutely! We have showers stocked with complimentary body wash for a refreshing rinse before you head out. Clean and rejuvenated—just how we like it!

📅 How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Need to tweak your plans? No problem! Just reach out to our studio directly to modify or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel within six hours of your appointment, a “late cancel” fee will apply. So, give us a shout ASAP!
